Interested in becoming a host site for a mature worker?  Through our Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), we aim to:

• Break Stereotypes: Challenge outdated views about aging and work.

• Empower Learning and Growth: Provide older adults with opportunities to learn new skills, from technology to customer service.

• Enhance Community Contribution: Support communities by placing skilled older workers in meaningful roles.

With more than 100 participants, we've created a network unlike any other. At no cost to your organization, we'll place an individual who is eager to work, learn and grow with you.

From there, we'll handle payroll. You'll handle training, scheduling and nurturing them as you would an employee of your own.
